Is every experience customized?+
Yes. No two boxes are alike. Colors, sizes, designs and interactive surprises are customized around your request and the approved quote. Contents stay a mystery; the images illustrate a style, not a fixed product list.
How much does an experience cost?+
Custom experiences start at $200. We do not offer standard packages or instant checkout. Your personalized quote confirms the experience, upgrades, delivery or shipping costs, and total price.
How far ahead should I request?+
We recommend at least 72 hours’ advance notice. Requests under 72 hours are subject to availability and possible rush fees. Nationwide shipping may require additional lead time; ask us about your requested arrival date.
When do I pay, and is my order confirmed?+
We review your request and availability, then send a personalized quote. Full payment is required after quote approval and before production. Submitting the form does not guarantee availability or confirm an order.
Where do you personally hand-deliver?+
Throughout Las Vegas, including hotels, Airbnbs and homes. Delivery is subject to property access requirements. We coordinate timing and handoff with you; hotel room entry or a room setup requires permission and property cooperation.
Do you ship across the USA?+
Yes. Nationwide USA shipping is available for customized surprise experiences. We confirm the destination, shipping charges and timing with your quote. Shipped experiences do not include on-site room décor, hand delivery outside Las Vegas, or massage services.
Can I add a massage?+
Professional solo or couples massage is offered through Massage Vibez strictly in Las Vegas. It is an optional add-on, subject to availability, scheduling and additional charges—not a guaranteed inclusion.
What about cancellations and refunds?+

How are my details and photos used?+
We use your information and optional photos to respond, prepare a quote and coordinate your experience. Request photos are not permission to publish. See our Privacy Notice for more details.
